Over 23 years of experience in the private equity industry. Former BTG Pactual Partner, alongside its investment team, managed US$3 billion of assets in the infrastructure space, acting as board member and C-level executive in several infra-structure companies in Latin America

Rubens Romano

Founding Partner

Over 23 years of experience in the energy sector, being responsible for the implementation of +2.7 GW of renewable energy across Latin America

Worked for over 3 years in GFI – The Good Food Institute – and assisted in building the organization from the ground up in Brazil, mainly working with investors, startups, incubators, and accelerators

Felipe strategized with early-stage projects and startups in the alternative proteins field in Brazil and worldwide, acquiring experience in the promising food innovation ecosystems

He graduated as a System Analyst from the Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná in Brazil and Computer Science at the University of Toronto
